Long before I became a personal trainer, having studied the Martial arts; in which it's principles later became the foundation for my personal training. After realizing that becoming a personal trainer was a passion, a gift and my calling, I dedicated myself to this feild and was obsessed and determined to make a difference in people's lives.
With this passion, for health and fitness; I took it and put it to work
encouraging others to reach out for vitality and wellness.
With over 10 years of experience in fitness and the diciplines learned through
the various forms of Martial arts training my commitment towards
personal fitness became my profession.
After obtaining my first certification, excited and committed; I continued my

FACN and author of numerous books including "The Real Vitamin & Mineral Book" and "Dare to Lose", as well as creator of the Transitions Lifestyle System.
